Description

Job Summary:

The incumbent assuming this role is responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to create awareness of and to support the company’s business activities
  • Supervising the department and providing guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals
  • Producing ideas for promotional events or activities, organizing them efficiently and measuring their effectiveness and impact.

Job Description:

Strategic

  • Develop a marketing plan for the organization and for new and existing projects, in line with sales forecasts
  • Oversee the implementation of the marketing plan
  • Manage and measure marketing costs
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis to keep abreast of market trends and consumer behavior and provide appropriate counsel to Management to implement ideas, systems and procedures.
  • Develop and implement organization wide systems to enhance brand image, create and maintain brand awareness and increase customer loyalty (including but not limited to customer feedback systems, Mystery Audits, etc.)

Promotional events

  • Develop Marketing Calendar for new and existing projects, in line with the Marketing plan.
  • Implement annual and project specific brand promotion, brand tie-ups and handle participation at various events in order to support and highlight business activities of the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation of all the ATL/BTL activities for every campaign and continuously monitor the effectiveness and impact of activities
  • Oversee the timely creation and distribution of all creative content used during campaigns, ensuring that all creative content is in line with the brand vision and image, in terms of aesthetic value, quality and communication.

Media Buying

  • Develop effective media buying strategies, identifying the most appropriate vehicle for building awareness of the brand.
  • Participate in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns.
  • Negotiate the best deals (rates, ad space and airtime) for the campaign to keep within the budget
  • Establish and maintain contacts with media owners.

Digital Marketing

  • Build brand image and maintain strong presence of business activities of the organization across all social media platforms, including but not limited to managing content on website content, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

Pre-Sales

  • Guide Pre-Sales Manager in setting up an in-house Pre-Sales Department
  • Set up systems to monitor the quality of work and effectiveness of Pre-Sales function
  • Analyze customer data periodically and work closely with Pre-Sales Manager to identify ways of to converting enquiries to walk-ins and walk-ins into Sales.

Team Management

  • Build and develop a team of highly skilled professionals to provide adequate Marketing support to the organization.
  • Provide support and guidance to the Marketing team and ensure adequate skills and competencies are developed in the team.

  • Responsible for sales of the residential site through all verticals
  • Handling the Channel and Direct Sales at site, nurturing leads, negotiating commercial terms & closing of the sale

Direct Sales

  • Attending Walk ins and Closing the deals with the help of site head
  • Strong follow up with customers to close the sales.
  • Delivering the collection target on monthly basis
  • Good communication and presentation skills and ability to develop strong relationships with clients
  • Representing the company at Exhibitions, Trade Shows and Property Expos.
  • Market Analysis, Competitor Analysis, studying the trends and awareness of new policies pertaining to real estate/construction
  • Maintain frequent reviews and reports of the meeting with Site/sales head.

Description

  1. Responsible for quality , line and level for all sort of civil masonry ,plastering ,Tiling works & sorting out variation in tiles shades, Kitchen platform, gypsum works , Aluminium windows, fabrication works, false ceiling, paintings, Doors, other elevation features, etc.
  2. Follow up for work with contractors/supplier as per daily schedule directed by Project Inc charge.
  3. Calculation of quantities of Tiles, plastering, painting, carpentry, pavements, etc. including wastage & checking of material as per specifications & installations and preparation/checking of quantities measurements of contractors/suppliers.
  4. Responsible for quality of waterproofing works as per specification & drawing, if any variation in material specification it shall be brought notice of immediate superior at site.
    5. Should follow the check checklist before starting of any activities for every day & keeping the records of same.
  5. Should be fully aware of drawing details in soft & Hard copies, maintaining of drawings records in registers, knowledge of computer basics & any discrepancy in drawing shall be brought into notice of immediate superior
  6. Shall maintain daily reports of works out put & labor strength of various vendors and shall be produce as when required by Project In charge.
  7. To bring into notice of Project in-charge of any unusual & safety mishap or precautions or any kind of security lapses this shall damage the property of company.
  8. Shall be fully loyal & should maintain the integrity towards company and also adhere all the company policies
